Here you can see various options under the Files Centralization section. The included options are Human Resources, Product, Project, Recruitment, and Accounting. All these options are designed to centralize the documents that are uploaded with products. You can activate these options to integrate the Document and Product module.

The first option available in the window is Human Resources. You can activate the Human Resources option to centralize your employees documents. For activating this option, you can check the box near the option and click on the SAVE button. All the employees documents like Contracts, Payslips etc will be centralized. The Workspace, Payroll Workspace, Default tags Payslips, and Contracts can be defined using the dropdown menu.

The Product can also be activated for centralizing files attached to products. Here also, you have the option for specifying the Workspace and Default Tags. In addition, the system supports centralizing the Spreadsheets.

Similarly, you can activate the Recruitment and Accounting fields. Once you activate the Recruitment field, the system will centralize files attached to applications and job positions. Here also you can define the Workspace and Default Tags.

The accounting files and documents can be centralized by enabling the Accounting option. After selecting the Workspace, click on the journal to create journals to synchronize.
