Activity

En el módulo de proyecto Odoo 15 puede asignar diferentes actividades a diferentes proyectos.Con la ayuda de esto, puede permitir al usuario iniciar la planificación del grupo y los aspectos de trabajo en equipo del proyecto para su finalización efectiva.

Puede configurar estas actividades seleccionando la opción Tipos de actividad en la pestaña Configuración.La lista de tipos de actividad se mostrará junto con su resumen predeterminado, planeado y el tipo.Al seleccionar el tipo de actividad de la lista, puede ver más detalles, como la acción que se realizará para el tipo de actividad mencionado, la actividad sugerida y mucho más.

Puede crear nuevos tipos de actividad en la lista.Para agregar nuevos tipos de actividad, seleccione el botón Crear.En la página del formulario mostrado, ingrese los detalles como:

Name: Enter the name of the activity at the given field.

Action: Select the action that must be performed. These actions will trigger specific behaviour like opening a calendar view or automatically mark as done when a document is uploaded.

Default User: Choose the default user from the drop down menu.

Default Summary: Enter a brief summary of the activity at the provided field.

Chaining Type: You can choose either Suggest Next Activity or Trigger Next Activity as the chaining type.

Suggest: At the Suggest option, you can suggest an activity that must be performed once the current activity is marked as done.

Email Templates: Choose an email template that will be sent for the next activity.

Schedule: Set the number of days/ weeks/ months before executing the action. It allows you to plan the action deadline.

Default Note: You can add any notes regarding the activity at the provided space.After entering all the details, press the SAVE button.
